but it's easy to understand why each of those rules was made, given the consequences of irresponsible people doing each of them carelessly. Freedom doesn't mean freedom from responsibility or consequences for one's actions. It just sucks that the screwups of a few people can ruin what would otherwise be harmless fun for everyone else.
