fwiw Europe has more restrictions and monitoring on flea medications than the US. Fipronil has been OTC for a while now in the US, and guess what drug has been rendered completely useless now for flea control? Fipronil.
I have personally seen how useless Fipronil is in about 400 cases but I know it's still used in the EU with good coverage, hence why I used that particular example.
