I don’t care how good (or bad) it looks because last night’s pizza was amazing. I’ve been making pizzas for like 20 years but only got serious about it this year.
I’ve tried numerous recipes with both 00 flour and AP flour, but this is my first time using bread flour and along with a longer preheat this was the best yet.
