someone i know from Florida says that he trusts all his friends who say stuff like "nigger" and "fag" because they strike him as more genuine but he could never trust anyone who used polite language because they always turned out to be lying snakes.

but it's as if he's convinced that people aren't genuine if they don't have an urge to speak in slurs and obscenities.

i'll fucking swear and even throw in a "bitch" here and there, but i don't need it as a part of my everyday vocabulary to function.
