Y’all, today I had Waffle House for the first time.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but considering every New-York-style bacon, egg, and cheese I’ve had, this ranks anongst my top three of all time.

The white bread was buttered, fluffy, and thick. It tasted like my favorite style of grilled cheese. The egg (I prefer over-medium) was *juuust* runny enough. The bacon was satisfyingly well-done so I didn’t have to rip & tear at it with each bite.

Of course, I had a waffle too. It kicked ass.
