It's a pretty strong theme with Nostr. Relays using Btc to pay for access is a start, the integration of a lot of clients with lightning payments.

None of which is a bad thing, a lot of it is really cool, it's just I think a lot of research is being done right now into how to link the Nostr protocol with Btc and gain some profit from doing so.

Nothing is terrible as yet. It doesn't look like any large business interests have become involved and I'm probably being pessimistic because I have high hopes for nostr, but I think it's always a concern.
