Gonna grill some ribeye steaks tonight. Decided to see how the steaks from the local butcher compared to the grocery store. I guess is that they will be better based on how they look alone but:
1. Are my grilling skills going to ruin the difference?
2. Even if that doesn't happen are they worth the higher cost?
