But I have been wanting to dig into this. Is there a safe and beneficial dosage of fluoride?
I've been using non fluoridated toothpaste for the past few years and my plaque are much more manageable (oil pulling was able to get rid of all of it), no more cavity, all seems well but the research I read are quite mixed.. 🤔
