Buffy the Psych Prof on Nostr: Does that count as illness anxiety disorder? That disorder is about being ...
Does that count as illness anxiety disorder? That disorder is about being irrationally concerned about an illness. Am I being irrational? Because I don't think so. Maybe I should've advertised my suffering more instead of powering through so often. Should I talk about it more now, and be more specific than just in the general terms I've used before? Should I cry in front of them? What do I need to do to get people to understand what it's like to live with a chronic illness?
