I think social media does incentivize certain unhealthy behavior, but that behavior is fun regardless and you could always not do it. I don't think you can blame notifs for making you act in a certain way any more than you can blame me calling you a good girl and ordering you HRT made you trans. You made the decision and you chose right. You are so pretty now and I will love you forever now.
