He's got the body, head, and legs of a marine from the Victor Squad set (you would not believe how long it took me to find this: https://www.amazon.com/Mega-Construx-Halo-Victor-Squad/dp/B00U3TM2YA), the body armor of a collectible marine, and the shoulder pads of a Spartan.
