In case it's not obvious, a conspiracy theorist YouTuber with a well-documented homophobic and transphobic past and a "just asking questions" approach to spreading hate is not worth your time and is _definitely_ not qualified to judge someone researched, vetted, and interviewed for a roll at a non-profit organization.
