Marion Nestle is the Fairy Godmother of Food Politics.. teacher here at NYU and responsible for a generation of informed consumer.. that's an old book.. still fabulous but her depth is on the corporate politics side and her scientific objections pretty good for conventional meats that are feedlot antibiotic & hormone boosted w gmo grain diets & that is really bad.. where my decades of nutritional research and practical experience am convinced if it's organic and edible and you have cravings for me go eat some.. listen to your body and think balance and variety for everything but water... Marion gets oodles right don't discount her advice but this was before GMO crops & glyphosate at strengths it is now but she was first to map out the toxic system.. wooden spoon mom hero!! <3
