Last year a State Prosecutor, Amy McGowan, was exposed for lying, abusing power, wrongfully getting a man convicted and sent to prison for 23 YEARS.

Besides that man, Kidd, at least two others - Buchli and Carnes - were wrongfully convicted of murder because of McGowan's misconduct.
But the State Supreme Court opted to take NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION against her for destroying these men's lives.
