One thing I lamented losing when my shield tv died was being able to plug headphones into the remote to watch things in the evenings without waking the rest of the house up. Thanks to kodi and the ps4 I have the ability to do this again! Turned on sharing the library via UPnP in kodi and now the ps4 can play stuff from my media server and I can plug headphones into the controller.
