Not only did this almost happen to me (denied reasonable accommodations to take a meeting with a bully boss virtually, almost kms while at work) in February 2023, they also did the same quick about-face and acted like a caring workplace the second that happened.

Like, the employers violated their own policies against workplace harassment! There's no turning around and pretending they didn't, the second it has any consequences.
