I have been doing strict #carnivore since May 20th. I feel awesome! I have almost zero headaches (would get them 2-3 times a week before) my allergy symptoms are basically gone. I sleep way better. I have tons of energy and I've lost about 27lbs so far. 😜 🥩
Meat is the way. I truly believe that.
