Can vouch for PyQt/Pyside. I made a little tool that's basically a glorified DBMS for inputting genres and exporting it to MusicBee tag hierarchy files. It's what I use for this: https://gitlab.com/Flaky/mb-rym-hierarchy

(yes, I still use MusicBee despite being Linux, nothing like it in the Linux space unfortunately)

I'm gonna make a new project with it soon, though I might look at making that project in Rust if Python doesn't have the performance.
