The Board of Public Utilities Chair, Kristin Carter, announced the City Utilities of Springfield newly selected CEO today. This new leader, Dwayne Fulk, has his hands full. In coming years the utility will face new regulations, retiring generation, locating and building out new generation and more challenges across the commodities they provide to the community. If anyone is cut out for it, Dwayne is. I am excited to see him find his stride as he faces off with these issues alongside the very capable executive leadership team at CU.
