On the other hand, governments mining bitcoin would show that there's no precedent for tax collection. That's slightly better than compelling people to self-report capital gains every time they spend sats then throwing them in jail over "rounding errors." I don't have faith, though--I think governments would rug the ETFs before buying from an exchange
