Anyone know what this flag is? It's flying today on the town hall in Bayonne, alongside the EU, Basque, and French flags, and the shield of Bayonne itself. It's also used on multilingual interpretive boards here to indicate what I think is Occitan. But Wikipedia and the rest of the internet think the Occitan flag is based on the Occitan Cross.
