Dale Zarkov was an agent of emperor Myang the Marvelous of the rogue planet Mongrel, which was secretly maneuvering into the solar system. Her mission was to seduce Earthling space aviator Dirk Gordon into wearing the Mongrelian mind control helmet so as to become a Myang minion.
