Busy domestic morning. Second load of laundry of the day is in the drier. Phở broth is out of the sous vide after 24 hours simmering at 195F (started from marrow bones and raw veg). Almost 5 pounds of brisket just went into the sous vide (30 hours at 155F should do it). Time to fold the first load of laundry, then get cleaned up before going to pick up some neighbors for lunch. Also, the morning walk has been walked, and the neighborhood doggos scritched, which is a vital part of any morning.
