This is all a good play. They think this will infuriate us if an internet company ignores such a censorship effort.

Nope. So say it goes to court, and the court rules for the company. They'll have to do so in such a way as to bolster the 1A. That's more room for us in other areas.

Or if the court rules for the state... ok, fine. Move to censor the living fuck out of everything a liberal would talk about in every red state in the union. Squeeze these people out.

I see no downside here.
