First time since getting the Oura ring years ago, that I reach Exceptional Resilience. A balance of low stress and recovery made it possible and it would never have happened without quitting #coffee.
Caffeine is a poison, I don’t even eat chocolate or drink tea any more, all my cravings for junk went away after stopping it and sweet tooth too.
