I have SO MUCH cheese (that I made from my goats' milk) in my fridge right now. It is an excellent problem to have. I'd love to make some mac and cheese to use a bunch up, but that would require turning on the oven and it's already pretty darn warm in here...hm. To cheese or not to cheese?
