"content": "Thank you! But I want to be clear, what this demo shows is NOT a click, it is a drag from an overlapped window to a topmost window. I'm worried this setting you're talking about applies only to a mouseDown + mouseUp combination in a background windows. Do I have that right?\n\nThe behavior I want is:\n1. Single click on bg window: raise it\n2. Drag on icon in bg window: just highlight icon and start dragging, no raise\n\nDoes this setting allow this behavior?",
