Couldn’t agree more.
However Alby (npub1get…0nfm) Hub is potentially a compromise. I host it on my own server and do not have to deal with updates.
Right now my functional bare metal node needs Bitcoin Core, fulcrum, and thunderhub updates and I do not have the time to do it.
It will eventually need a SSD upgrade to 2 TB.
Alby (npub1get…0nfm) Hub is light weight and within a docker compose container.
Was able to run the docker compose in Portainer within 45 seconds
