I spent most of the day today alternating between parenting, cooking, and writing a paper with my 2 friends (who are also my research collaborators) who are now here for a visit.

To end the work day, I got a Planet 9 phishing email (this has to be the most specific phishing email ever written...) that made me burst out laughing, then an incredibly sweet email from a colleague who saw my talk today, which made me burst out crying.

What a day. I hope I can go to bed soon...
