The #SCOTUS is positioning itself to be the Ayahtollahs of the US: they get to decide whether a president’s criminal actions are “official” or not, in effect, deciding who is allowed to continue to be president and who doesn’t, according to their whims.
Combine that with the overturning of Chevron, in which they position themselves as the ultimate arbiters of technical, administrative rules.
This is nothing but a naked power grab.
