Netflix is reportedly raising prices again to $23/month.
You can walk away if you want to. Kanopy is free through libraries, Hoopla is free through libraries, you can support small and local media (I'm a member of my local community radio and PBS affiliate), you can support creators on services like Nebula, you can get super cheap tickets to movies by seeing them a month later in locally owned businesses, you can setup or rent a seedbox to sail the high seas, you can buy a used dvd player from the thrift store and pickup movies for $1 a piece at yard sales, you could buy hundreds of hours of games, and so much more.
Is $276 a year really worth just Netflix?
