Back in 2003, when a vendor was really upset with me (and CoffeeGeek.com) because he'd sent me 3 different grinders to review, and 1 was really good, another was okay, and the third was lacking (and our reviews reflected that - they were the early Inova grinders); he was absolutely furious in his emails to me.
I responded, paraphrasing a line from the movie TRON.
"when it comes to our website's content, I will always fight for the consumer".
Hokey, but I still do that today.
