Again, the courts are not going to save us from fascism. They might knock down a few of Trump's more wild ideas, but the bulk of what Trump wants to do, he will get to do.

Even if a court does rule against him, and he ignores the court, what happens? Trump has absolute immunity to do whatever he wants as long as he imagines it to be an official act. What's to stop Trump from having a judge killed? If it's an official act, he's completely immune from prosecution.
