People are becoming more aware that the intelligentsia are having a difficult time when confronted with philosophical arguments based on fundamentals like first principles, deductive morality, normative ethics, and basic logic.
They've never had to actually grapple with those things since the substratum of their ideology is violent coercion, and all of the complex structures built on top of it are merely sophisticated euphemisms and elaborate justifications.
