Always delighted to be food fairy.. ask anything anytime.. My other best advice is to learn to listen to your body and learn what it tells you about what you need incl sleep and water n fresh air exercise.. walking is my favorite take a camera it's an adventure :~) cravings are deeply rooted in our brains that had seasonal available diets nearly forever.. yours was hijacked by test tube and ad games but as you win mushrooms will mean minerals & popcorn always be fun!! <3
