Brown top millet for breakfast again - I love it, and have it once or twice per week. It has a gorgeous nutty flavour.
Aside from the health benefits, the best part of it is the cost. Around 1/4 cup of millet will feed 2 people with, say, some avocado to go with it. I cook it in stock with some herbs and spices. Sometimes I add some of my dried tomatoes and dried capsicums. A squeeze of lemon goes very nicely with it.
It cooks in 15m in PIP in the #InstantPot, 15mNR. Water ratio 1:4 to 4.5.
