And the disposable vape manufacturers have found a way around the rules the same way the cheapest chinese cigarette companies do. They change the brand names on a regular basis to avoid a lot of the regulations. I think with tobacco its has to be one brand for 2 years before they have to pay in to the master agreement, so every 2 years the cheap chinese brand changes. With vapes it's to avoid the fda and they seem to change every 3 or 4 months.",
