One can already argue that an LSP (esp. if it's the only LSP) would require a license to provide those services and thus an _incorporated_ LSP would implement KYC/AML procedures.
And you're commenting here is on a _changing_ regulation.
So for some regulation in relation to companies there is not such a thing as "just a" or "never".
or what is your take there?
