My post-stroke missus is having a bad day, and is napping on the couch. On a normal fall Sunday I'd be in front of the TV, going back and forth between sportsball games, and racing too. Instead, I'm in the yard repairing the dry stack stone borders in the garden. The exercise and the lack of screen time is doing me nothing but good.
