ME/CFS "chronic fatigue" is textbook Long Covid and its onset can be weeks to months after the initial infection. The onset of LC can be fairly sudden and it isn't simply "lingering symptoms." There is a lot of anecdotal stuff about onset after premature exertion or attempt to resume exercise routines. Most LC support groups advocate a long recuperative period of 1-2 months where you do little if any strenuous activity post infections of any severity.
