Note to self: Stop procrastinating from your actual work by writing web standards proposals that "will only take 10 minutes". They never do!

I just spent 2 hours (!) proposing relative references in HTML attributes (ARIA, for, list, etc.), and I’m not even particularly optimistic it will go anywhere. 🤦🏽‍♀️
