Its so much easier for people to NOT deal with their own trauma and emotions….in the short term…. But once it goes so long that it starts eating at you, affecting your actions and reactions, affecting the lives of those around you, it can no longer fester. But even still some let it. MOST, you could even argue. The misery you can create from these things and not dealing with them can be catastrophic! Whether on a grand scale or a slow deterioration. It comes in many forms, and different ways for different people.
Find yours, and do yourself and everyone else around you a favor, and just sit in a room with it for a while….
