I don't know what change microsnot just pushed out to #Windows10, but it's now nearly unusable on 4GiB RAM. It was slow, but working well enough before for my accounting machine which I VNCed to to access a single application.
Gotta upgrade RAM now. Bleh.
Seriously, y'all, free yourselves from this crap. :P~
