Yet another easy litmus test for newspapers: Yesterday a Presidential candidate told his audience explicitly that he would end democracy in the United States. This is BIG NEWS. So just check your preferred media sources, and if they don't mention it, like for example the New York Times isn't, you should ditch them forever. If you can't trust an outlet not to lie to you, why are you reading it?
