Went searching to confirm and can see this being repeated a lot. Someone posted a translation of the doc and I can see that it mentions transfer to a specific co in Gaza that is designated terrorist. Suspect that we may eventually find that it's not all wallets but some that were exchanging currency with specific orgs. This list may be very long and unfairly targeting orgs that aren't actually terrorist but I suspect not ALL assets have been seized and seemingly not all assets seized are even Palestinian.
