Many are waiting for the Gov't to step in and take the burnt land for developers to build on and reward the Democrats thru political fund donations.
Not sure this will hit many until they get the FEMA treatment. Biden / Newsom can promise all they want from FEMA but FEMA is tied as to what they can provide. Individuals get little. It goes to non-profits tied to FEMA & Gov'ts. That's why people hate FEMA.
