Odd that the party that is so adamant about determining and obeying the intent of the founding fathers has such a problem grasping the meaning of the opening phrase of the 1st Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.”
Come to think of it, they have the same problem with the 2nd but they also think people will burst into flames from seeing a drag queen.
