Thinking about how the courts are incapable of delivering justice.
98% of cases plead out at the federal level doesn't sound plausibly like it matches the actual guilty ratio (unless you have an amazing faith in our system that is unwarranted by actual data like death row convictions being overturned).
Pretty much every rich/famous/political person whose crime wasn't against a member of their own class is untouchable.
Does our system function by the consent of the governed?
