I had a scan at the hospital (nothing serious). Got an SMS on Friday to say I'd have a telephone call yesterday from the consultant to discuss the results.
1. They called me three hours late
2. They originally gave me the wrong person's results
3. When they did give me my results they were still wrong (claimed the problem was on my left side, it's clearly on my right).
4. Today I got a letter telling me of yesterday's appt.
