That doesn’t mean she wouldn’t get any money. Not all trusts protect the assets from creditors and even if every single one of his assets were in spendthrift or asset protection trusts they would just levy his income. He has to pay the judgment one way or another. But I wouldn’t be surprised if damages are lowered on appeal.
